Pentru c\u0103 <strong>informa\u021bia despre nutri\u021bie<\/strong> este peste tot, dar deseori este oferit\u0103 fragmentat, e superficial\u0103 sau contradictorie. <em>Scroll\u00e2nd<\/em> prin mituri virale, <em>trenduri<\/em> din <em>social media<\/em> \u0219i sfaturi de la prieteni, devine tot mai greu s\u0103 stabilit <strong>ce e cu adev\u0103rat benefic<\/strong> \u0219i ce doar pare s\u0103n\u0103tos la prima vedere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Te reg\u0103se\u0219ti f\u0103c\u00e2nd, cu bun\u0103 inten\u021bie, unul dintre lucrurile acestea:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>sari peste micul dejun pentru c\u0103 ai citit c\u0103 doar a\u0219a vei sl\u0103bi mai repede?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ron\u021b\u0103i doar migdale \u0219i nuci pentru c\u0103 sunt gr\u0103simi bune?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>m\u0103n\u00e2nci doar salate, chiar \u0219i atunci c\u00e2nd ai probleme cu rinichii?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Nu de pu\u021bine ori se \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103 ca obiceiurile \u201ecorecte\u201d s\u0103 &nbsp;devin\u0103 cele care te \u00eempiedic\u0103 s\u0103 te sim\u021bi bine. <strong>Nutri\u021bia corect\u0103<\/strong> nu \u00eenseamn\u0103 neap\u0103rat perfec\u021biune, ci mai degrab\u0103 <strong>adaptare la nevoile reale ale corpului<\/strong> t\u0103u.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen r\u00e2ndurile de mai jos am detaliat <strong>opt<\/strong> dintre cele mai frecvente <strong>obiceiuri alimentare care par s\u0103n\u0103toase, dar pot face mai mult r\u0103u dec\u00e2t bine<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Urmezi diete drastice?
