De ce tocmai <strong>magneziu<\/strong>? Pentru c\u0103 speciali\u0219tii \u00eel descriu drept \u201dmineralul anti-stres\u201d. \u00cens\u0103 aceast\u0103 <strong>calitate<\/strong> este doar una dintre multele pe care magneziul le are \u0219i cu ajutorul c\u0103rora <strong>sus\u021bine s\u0103n\u0103tatea organismului<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Elementele minerale<\/strong> sau bioelementele din care face parte \u0219i <strong>magneziul<\/strong>, al\u0103turi de calciu, sodiu, potasiu, clor \u0219i fosfor, sunt esen\u021biale pentru o <strong>via\u021b\u0103 s\u0103n\u0103toas\u0103<\/strong>, pentru <strong>buna func\u021bionare a organismului<\/strong>.
