Acest fapt claseaz\u0103 <strong>migrenele<\/strong> pe <strong>pozi\u021bia a treia<\/strong> \u00eentr-un top al celor mai \u00eent\u00e2lnite <strong>afec\u021biuni<\/strong> din \u00eentreaga lume.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dac\u0103 ar fi s\u0103 oferim migrenelor o <strong>defini\u021bie<\/strong> scurt\u0103 \u0219i concis\u0103 aceasta ar fi c\u0103 <strong>migrenele sunt dureri de cap severe, recurente, care se pot \u00eentinde pe o durat\u0103 mare de timp<\/strong> \u0219i pot fi precedare sau \u00eenso\u021bite de diverse <strong>simptome<\/strong> (grea\u021b\u0103, sensibilitate crescut\u0103 la lumin\u0103 \u0219i la zgomote, ame\u021beli, stare de confuzie, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Toat\u0103 lumea experimenteaz\u0103 la un moment dat \u00een via\u021b\u0103 un <strong>episod migrenos<\/strong> mai mult sau mai pu\u021bin sever. Oricum, chiar \u0219i formele mai bl\u00e2nde pot influen\u021ba \u00eentr-un mod negativ buna desf\u0103\u0219urare a programului zilnic. Un episod izolat nu ar trebui s\u0103 dea de g\u00e2ndit, \u00eens\u0103 episoadele frecvente, recurente, \u00eenso\u021bite de <strong>simptome severe<\/strong> trebuie f\u0103cute cunoscute medicilor speciali\u0219ti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Din p\u0103cate, majoritatea pacien\u021bilor nu efectueaz\u0103 un consult medical \u0219i aleg s\u0103 se trateze singuri apel\u00e2nd la analgezice, de exemplu. Luate pe termen lung, acestea pot agrava durerile de cap. Mai mult de at\u00e2t, <strong>migrenele repetate<\/strong> pot fi o caracteristic\u0103 a mai multor afec\u021biuni grave, mai ales c\u00e2nd durerea este \u00eenso\u021bit\u0103 de confuzie, stare mental\u0103 alterat\u0103, febr\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Migrenele \u2013 4 tipuri principale, factori declan\u0219atori plus cauze &amp; simptome frecvente<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Subiectul migrenelor nu este unul \u00eencheiat \u0219i \u00eenc\u0103 se mai cerceteaz\u0103 <strong>care sunt cauzele <\/strong>care conduc la apari\u021bia lor. De-a lungul timpului, s-au stabilit c\u00e2teva <strong>cauze concrete<\/strong>, iar dintre acestea fac parte \u0219i urm\u0103toarele:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>factorii de mediu \u2013 condi\u021bii climatice extreme (prea frig, prea cald, schimb\u0103ri bru\u0219te de temperatur\u0103)\/factorii genetici (ereditatea);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>modific\u0103ri care apar la nivelul trunchiului cerebral;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>dezechilibre chimice la nivelul creierului (nivel sc\u0103zut de serotonin\u0103);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>zgomote\/mirosuri\/lumini foarte puternice;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>modific\u0103ri hormonale;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>stres extrem;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>dezechilibru alimentar\/mese neregulate;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>somn\/odihn\u0103 deficitare;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>diverse tratamente \u0219i medica\u021bii;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>exces de tutun\/alcool;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>v\u00e2rsta (cele mai dese migrene se \u00eenregistreaz\u0103 \u00een jurul v\u00e2rstei de 30 de ani);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sexul (femeile sunt mai predispuse la a avea migrene dec\u00e2t b\u0103rba\u021bii).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Principalele tipuri cu care majoritatea oamenilor se confrunt\u0103 sunt <strong>migrena comun\u0103<\/strong> \u0219i <strong>migrena cu aur\u0103<\/strong>. Acestea nu sunt singulare, dar sunt cele mai \u00eent\u00e2lnite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Migrena comun\u0103<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cele mai multe dintre migrene, p\u00e2n\u0103 la <strong>70%<\/strong> dintre majoritatea cazurilor \u00eenregistrate sunt cele <strong>comune<\/strong> sau <strong>f\u0103r\u0103 aur\u0103<\/strong>. Acestea sunt cele care se instaleaz\u0103 cu prec\u0103dere <strong>diminea\u021ba<\/strong>, c\u00e2nd oamenii se trezesc cu <strong>durere de cap<\/strong>. St\u0103rile de r\u0103u se accentueaz\u0103 dup\u0103 anumite situa\u021bii stresante, extenuante sau \u00eenainte de menstrua\u021bie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00cenainte ca <strong>durerea de cap<\/strong> s\u0103 se instaleze pentru c\u00e2teva ore bune, persoanele \u00een cauz\u0103 pot prezenta <strong>st\u0103ri de anxietate<\/strong> sau depresie, dar \u0219i <strong>senza\u021bii de oboseal\u0103<\/strong>. Nu e vorba despre doar o alt\u0103 durere de cap, c\u0103ci durerea resim\u021bit\u0103 la o <strong>migren\u0103 comun\u0103<\/strong> \u00eempiedic\u0103 desf\u0103\u0219urarea normal\u0103 a activit\u0103\u021bilor de peste zi \u0219i poate fi acompaniat\u0103 de <strong>st\u0103ri de grea\u021b\u0103<\/strong> sau chiar <strong>vom\u0103<\/strong>. Exist\u0103 \u0219i posibilitatea ca unele <strong>episoade migrenoase<\/strong> s\u0103 fie provocate de anumite alimente, mirosuri sau situa\u021bii stresante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em>Cele mai comune dintre simptomele acestui tip de migrene sunt:<\/em><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>durerea de cap \u00een partea din fa\u021b\u0103 a capului sau \u00een zona t\u00e2mplelor sau doar a unei t\u00e2mple; durerea este fie constant\u0103, fie pulsant\u0103 \u0219i poate dura \u00eentre <strong>4<\/strong> \u0219i <strong>72<\/strong> de ore;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>grea\u021ba \u00eenso\u021bit\u0103 sau nu de v\u0103rs\u0103turi;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>starea de iritabilitate;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>c\u0103scatul;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sensibilitatea la lumin\u0103 (fotofobie)\/zgomote\/mi\u0219care;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sc\u0103derea tensiunii arteriale.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Migrena cu aur\u0103<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La circa <strong>30%<\/strong> dintre persoanele care s-au confruntat cu <strong>dureri de cap severe<\/strong>, este semnalat\u0103 <strong>migrena cu aur\u0103<\/strong>, caracterizat\u0103 prin:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>perturbare vizual\u0103 (pot vedea lucruri care nu sunt acolo sau pot vedea distorsionat obiectele din fa\u021ba lor);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>rigiditate la nivelul g\u00e2tului\/umerilor;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>dificultate\/tulbur\u0103ri \u00een a vorbi (disfazie);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>confuzie \u00een g\u00e2ndire;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00een\u021bep\u0103turi la nivelul membrelor;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>grea\u021b\u0103, v\u0103rs\u0103turi, sensibilitate la mirosuri.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1000\" height=\"600\" src=\"https:\/\/www.nutrific.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/Migrene-cauze.png\" alt=\"migrenele\" class=\"wp-image-1310\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.nutrific.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/Migrene-cauze.png 1000w, https:\/\/www.nutrific.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/Migrene-cauze-300x180.png 300w, https:\/\/www.nutrific.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/Migrene-cauze-768x461.png 768w, https:\/\/www.nutrific.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/Migrene-cauze-585x351.png 585w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Migrena hormonal\u0103<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cunoscut\u0103 \u0219i sub denumirea de <strong>migren\u0103 menstrual\u0103<\/strong>, acest tip de migren\u0103 este str\u00e2ns legat de <strong>ciclul menstrual al femeii<\/strong> \u0219i de <strong>fluctua\u021biile hormonilor<\/strong>. Migrena hormonal\u0103 este semnalat\u0103 de foarte multe femei care o experimenteaz\u0103 \u00eenainte de instalarea menstrua\u021biei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u201dMigrenele hormonale sunt declan\u0219ate de sc\u0103derile bru\u0219te ale estrogenului din timpul ciclurilor menstruale, provoc\u00e2nd modific\u0103ri ale activit\u0103\u021bii serotoninei \u0219i endorfinelor, care afecteaz\u0103 at\u00e2t nivelul, c\u00e2t \u0219i percep\u021bia durerii. Migrenele apar frecvent dup\u0103 sarcin\u0103 (inclusiv dup\u0103 un avort spontan sau provocat), \u00een premenopauz\u0103 sau la \u00eentreruperea terapiilor hormonale. Dezechilibrele hormonale, deficien\u021be ale nutrimentelor esen\u021biale sau al\u021bi factori \u2013 cum ar fi, de pild\u0103, utilizarea analgezicelor \u2013 pot declan\u0219a sau agrava migrenele hormonale.\u201d<\/em> (<em>\u201dInteligen\u021ba hormonal\u0103: ghid complet pentru calmarea furtunii hormonale \u0219i restabilirea natural\u0103 a s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii\u201d<\/em> \u2013 dr. Aviva Romm)<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dr. Aviva Romm, \u00een aceea\u0219i lucrare citat\u0103 mai sus, le sf\u0103tuie\u0219te pe femeile care se confrunt\u0103 cu acest <strong>tip de migren\u0103<\/strong> s\u0103 noteze \u00eentr-un <strong>jurnal<\/strong> momentele declan\u0219\u0103rii migrenelor, men\u021bion\u00e2nd \u0219i <strong>factorii declan\u0219atori<\/strong> (cofeina, alcoolul, alimentele consumate, stresul, medicamentele, mirosurile, etc.). \u00cen momentul \u00een care sunt identifica\u021bi declan\u0219atorii, ace\u0219tia vor fi elimina\u021bi \u0219i se vor observa <strong>schimb\u0103rile survenite<\/strong> dup\u0103 c\u00e2teva s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2ni\/luni. Se pare c\u0103 at\u00e2t <strong>analgezicele<\/strong> (doar dac\u0103 sunt folosite \u00een exces), c\u00e2t \u0219i <strong>pilulele contraceptive<\/strong> sau alte terapii hormonale agraveaz\u0103 st\u0103rile migrenoase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Medicul Aviva Romm recomand\u0103 femeilor s\u0103 evite <strong>alimentele care provoac\u0103 migrene <\/strong>(mezeluri, zah\u0103rul, alcoolul, cofeina, tot ce con\u021bine aditivi alimentari), s\u0103 se <strong>hidrateze<\/strong> corespunz\u0103tor, s\u0103 m\u0103reasc\u0103 aportul de carbohidra\u021bi complec\u0219i \u00eenainte de menstrua\u021bie pentru a men\u021bine constant nivelul serotoninei pe m\u0103sur\u0103 ce estrogenul scade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Foarte important, \u00een toate tipurile de migren\u0103, este <strong>\u00eenl\u0103turarea efectelor stresului<\/strong> cu ajutorul medita\u021biei sau a altor tehnici de relaxare, prin <strong>odihn\u0103<\/strong> \u0219i <strong>somn <\/strong>suficiente, prin <strong>masaj<\/strong> \u0219i <strong>fizioterapie <\/strong>pentru \u00eenl\u0103turarea tensiunii musculare de la nivelul g\u00e2tului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sunt de folos \u0219i <strong>suplimentele<\/strong> cum ar fi vitaminele B2, B6, B12, plus calciul \u0219i <strong>magneziul<\/strong>, care, folosite pe termen lung, pot reduce considerabil simptomele migrenelor. <strong>Recomandarea Nutrific<\/strong> este utilizarea suplimentului din gama Nutrific Minerale, \u0219i anume <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nutrific.ro\/magneziu-citrat-1100mg-60-tablete\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Magneziu citrat 1100 mg<\/a> \u2013 o surs\u0103 de magneziu care se absoarbe u\u0219or \u00een fluxul sanguin \u0219i \u021besuturile corporale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Potrivit unor studii, se pare c\u0103 nivelurile sc\u0103zute de magneziu au fost legate de prezen\u021ba migrenelor. Debuteaz\u0103 cu o durere intens\u0103 \u00een spatele unuia dintre ochi \u0219i poate fi \u00eenso\u021bit\u0103 de v\u0103rs\u0103turi \u0219i chiar de convulsii. \u00cen acest caz, se recomand\u0103 un consult de specialitate \u0219i analize\/teste suplimentare pentru a exclude existen\u021ba unui anevrism, de exemplu. &nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Exist\u0103 analize pentru stabilirea unui diagnostic precis \u0219i \u00eenceperea unui tratament corespunz\u0103tor?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un <strong>diagnostic corect<\/strong> se va pune \u00een urma anamnezei, dac\u0103 se bifeaz\u0103 mare parte din <strong>simptomele caracteristice<\/strong> care au fost enumerate anterior:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>durere care dureaz\u0103 \u00eentre 4 \u0219i 72 ore;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>durere care nu scade \u00een intensitate sau care treze\u0219te din somn persoana care o experimenteaz\u0103;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>durere\/cefalee care se agraveaz\u0103 \u0219i\/sau care se repet\u0103 la intervale scurte de timp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>cefalee \u00eenso\u021bit\u0103 de alte manifest\u0103ri (dezechilibru, grea\u021b\u0103, vedere \u00eence\u021bo\u0219at\u0103, anxietate generalizat\u0103, etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pentru stabilirea diagnosticului, medicul curant poate apela la <strong>examin\u0103ri neurologice<\/strong>, un <strong>examen oftalmologic<\/strong> (mai exact fund de ochi), <strong>determinarea tensiunii arteriale<\/strong> este \u0219i ea foarte important\u0103, la nevoie se poate cere un <strong>CT<\/strong> sau <strong>RMN<\/strong> (imagistic\u0103 cerebral\u0103).<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1000\" height=\"600\" src=\"https:\/\/www.nutrific.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/migrene-tipuri.png\" alt=\"Migrenele\" class=\"wp-image-1309\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.nutrific.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/migrene-tipuri.png 1000w, https:\/\/www.nutrific.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/migrene-tipuri-300x180.png 300w, https:\/\/www.nutrific.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/migrene-tipuri-768x461.png 768w, https:\/\/www.nutrific.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/migrene-tipuri-585x351.png 585w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tratamente corespunz\u0103toare &amp; terapiile preventive \u00een cazul migrenelor<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00cen func\u021bie de <strong>factorii care au declan\u0219at migrenele<\/strong>, de <strong>severitatea simptomelor<\/strong>, de <strong>rezultatele investiga\u021biilor<\/strong>, de <strong>v\u00e2rsta<\/strong>, <strong>sexul<\/strong> \u0219i <strong>alte boli<\/strong> ale pacientului se va stabili un <strong>tratament adecvat<\/strong>. De obicei, se prescrie o <strong>medica\u021bie<\/strong> la care se apeleaz\u0103 pe termen scurt din care fac parte ibuprofenul, paracetamolul, aspirina, diverse antiemetice pentru st\u0103rile de grea\u021b\u0103. Nu se va abuza de antiinflamatoarele nesteroidiene deoarece acestea pot agrava situa\u021bia: folosite pe termen lung pot cauza apari\u021bia ulcerului gastric \u0219i a refluxului gastroesofagian.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Exist\u0103 \u0219i alte forme de terapie, mai ales cele care previn apari\u021bia migrenelor. <strong>Suplimentele alimentare<\/strong> cu B2, magneziu, coenzima Q10 pot fi de mare ajutor, dar mai ales <strong>urmarea unui stil de via\u021b\u0103 s\u0103n\u0103tos<\/strong> se impune pentru a \u021bine la distan\u021b\u0103 durerile severe de cap. <strong>Dieta<\/strong> bazat\u0103 mai mult pe consumul de fructe \u0219i legume, introducerea sportului \u00een rutina zilnic\u0103, evitarea fumatului \u0219i a consumului exagerat de alcool, hidratarea corespunz\u0103toare, somnul de 7-8 ore pe noapte, toate sunt importante pentru a nu avea de-a face cu migrena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Iat\u0103 ce noteaz\u0103 dr. Fereydoon Batmanghelidj \u00een lucrarea <em>\u201dPuterea miraculoas\u0103 a apei. Nu e\u0219ti bolnav, doar \u00eensetat! Nu trata setea cu medicamente!\u201d<\/em> referitor la <strong>leg\u0103tura dintre migrene \u0219i deshidratare<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u201d(&#8230;) durerile de cap \u0219i migrenele par a fi produse prin deshidratare din urm\u0103toarele cauze: folosirea prea multor p\u0103turi, ceea ce nu permite corpului s\u0103-\u0219i regleze temperatura \u00een timpul somnului; consumul de b\u0103uturi alcoolice care ini\u021biaz\u0103 un proces de deshidratare celular\u0103, \u00een special \u00een creier (mahmureal\u0103); stimuli alimentari sau alergici declan\u0219eaz\u0103 eliberarea histaminei; \u0219i exces de c\u0103ldur\u0103 \u00een mediu f\u0103r\u0103 a se consuma ap\u0103. \u00cen esen\u021b\u0103, migrena pare a fi un indicator de reglare deficient\u0103 a temperaturii corpului \u00een momente cu \u201dstres din cauza c\u0103ldurii\u201d.
