Dintre toate alimentele, se pare c\u0103 <strong>uleiul de m\u0103sline extravirgin<\/strong> este cel mai bogat \u00een cea mai important\u0103 gr\u0103sime mononesaturat\u0103 din creier \u0219i anume <strong>acidul oleic<\/strong>. \u00cen plus, at\u00e2t <strong>uleiul de m\u0103sline<\/strong>, c\u00e2t \u0219i <strong>m\u0103slinele<\/strong> con\u021bin un important nutrient cu rol antioxidant \u0219i antiinflamator: <strong><em>oleocanthal<\/em><\/strong>. Pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 a sa <strong>calitate neuroprotectoare<\/strong>, <strong>uleiul de m\u0103sline<\/strong> este \u0219i un bun <strong>protector al vaselor de s\u00e2nge<\/strong>. De exemplu, ad\u0103ugarea unui avocado la o salat\u0103 cre\u0219te absorb\u021bia de carotenoizi precum betacarotenul, licopenul \u0219i luteina din legumele din salat\u0103.
