Dac\u0103 \u00een urm\u0103 cu zeci de ani afecta doar segmentul de popula\u021bie a c\u0103rui v\u00e2rst\u0103 dep\u0103\u0219ea 50 de ani, acum \u0219i tinerii au de suferit din pricina tensiunii m\u0103rite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vinovatul? <strong>Stilul de via\u021b\u0103 dezechilibrat<\/strong> din care fac parte stresul, alimenta\u021bia nepotrivit\u0103, fumatul, consumul exagerat de alcool, sedentarismul, iar dac\u0103 acestora li se al\u0103tur\u0103 \u0219i factorul genetic, problema hipertensiunii cap\u0103t\u0103 propor\u021bii \u00eengrijor\u0103toare. \u00cengrijor\u0103toare sunt \u0219i statisticile care indic\u0103 faptul c\u0103, \u00een Rom\u00e2nia, num\u0103rul hipertensivilor a dep\u0103\u0219it cinci milioane.
