De aceea, speciali\u0219tii se refer\u0103 la <strong>colesterol HDL<\/strong> sau <strong>colesterol bun<\/strong> \u0219i <strong>colesterol LDL<\/strong> sau <strong>colesterol r\u0103u<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Colesterolul total<\/strong> este alc\u0103tuit din <strong>colesterolul bun<\/strong>, <strong>HDL<\/strong> (prescurtarea vine din limba englez\u0103, de la <strong>high density lipoproteins\/lipoproteine cu densitate redus\u0103<\/strong>) \u0219i <strong>colesterol r\u0103u<\/strong>, <strong>LDL<\/strong> (<strong>low density lipoproteins\/lipoproteine cu densitate sc\u0103zut\u0103<\/strong>). <strong>Lipoproteinele<\/strong> reprezint\u0103 o combina\u021bie dintre proteine \u0219i gr\u0103simi (lipide) care au caracter hidrofil, juc\u00e2nd un rol important \u00een metabolism (transportul de lipide \u00een \u021besuturi \u0219i \u00een s\u00e2nge).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La exteriorul celulelor lipoproteinice se afl\u0103 un strat de fosfolipide. Acestea con\u021bin colesterol liber plus apolipoproteine (molecule proteice). \u00cen interiorul lipoproteinelor, se reg\u0103sesc <strong>trigliceridele<\/strong>, esteri de colesterol \u0219i de alte substan\u021be hidrofobe. \u00cen func\u021bie de con\u021binutul de proteine, trigliceride, colesterin \u0219i fosfolipide, lipoproteinele sunt grupate \u00een: lipoproteine cu densitate foarte sc\u0103zut\u0103, lipoproteine cu densitate mic\u0103, lipoproteine de densitate mare. Cantit\u0103\u021bile de lipoproteine determinate \u00een urma analizelor medicale specifice vor diagnostica sau vor exclude existen\u021ba hipolipidemiei, arterosclerozei sau a altor afec\u021biuni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ca o <strong>concluzie<\/strong> la cele de mai sus, se va re\u021bine faptul c\u0103 <strong>nu colesterolul este bun sau r\u0103u, ci particulele care-l transport\u0103 \u00een s\u00e2nge sunt cele care-i determin\u0103 atributele pozitive sau negative<\/strong>. A\u0219adar, \u201dvina\u201d o poart\u0103 lipoproteina cu densitate mare (HDL) \u0219i lipoproteina cu densitate sc\u0103zut\u0103 (LDL).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Colesterol LDL \u2013 cum ac\u021bioneaz\u0103<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Particulele de <strong>colesterol LDL<\/strong> trec de c\u0103ptu\u0219eala intern\u0103 a arterelor sau de bariera endotelial\u0103 \u0219i vor depozita colesterolul \u00een pere\u021bii arteriali. \u00cen urma erup\u021biei acestor pl\u0103ci se pot forma cheaguri de s\u00e2nge \u0219i spasme arteriale care risc\u0103 s\u0103 blocheze arterele ce merg la creier, respectiv la inim\u0103, provoc\u00e2nd un AVC sau un atac de cord. Se recomand\u0103 men\u021binerea colesterolului LDL sub valoarea de <strong>100 mg\/dL<\/strong>. Ce este peste <strong>130 mg\/dL<\/strong> deja reprezint\u0103 valori riscante. Cu c\u00e2t <strong>colesterolul HDL<\/strong> este mai mic, cu at\u00e2t riscul de \u00eemboln\u0103vire este mai mare. Un nivel de colesterol HDL de <strong>peste 90 mg\/dL<\/strong> echivaleaz\u0103 cu un risc de boli cardiace foarte sc\u0103zut. Cantitatea de colesterol bun este influen\u021bat\u0103 \u00een mod direct de <strong>stilul de via\u021b\u0103<\/strong>, fiind determinat\u0103 \u0219i genetic, dar mai ales de alimenta\u021bie \u0219i activitatea fizic\u0103 sus\u021binut\u0103. Ca o preg\u0103tire pentru efectuarea acestor analize, speciali\u0219tii recomand\u0103 respectarea aceleia\u0219i diete timp de trei s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2ni \u00eenainte de recoltare, abstinen\u021ba de la alcool cu circa 72 ore \u00eenainte de recoltare \u0219i pauza alimentar\u0103 cu 12 ore \u00eenainte de recoltare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nu exist\u0103 acelea\u0219i valori normale ale colesterolului pentru toate persoanele. Acestea variaz\u0103 \u00een func\u021bie de diet\u0103, v\u00e2rst\u0103, sex \u0219i chiar regiune geografic\u0103 \u0219i sezoane. S-au observat valori mai mari cu p\u00e2n\u0103 la 8 procente \u00een anotimpul rece, fa\u021b\u0103 de valorile testelor efectuate vara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Valorile de referin\u021b\u0103<\/strong> pentru adul\u021bi ar fi urm\u0103toarele: <strong>colesterolul total<\/strong> \u2013 mai mare de 240 mg\/dl este peste limita normal\u0103, \u00eentre 200 \u2013 239 mg\/dl este la limit\u0103 \u0219i mai mic de 200 mg\/dl este \u00een parametri normali; <strong>colesterolul LDL<\/strong> are o valoare optim\u0103 c\u00e2nd este mai mic de 100 mg\/dl, la limit\u0103 \u00eentre 120 \u0219i 159 mg\/dl \u0219i peste limita normal\u0103 c\u00e2nd dep\u0103\u0219e\u0219te 160 mg\/dl; <strong>colesterolul HDL<\/strong> este optim c\u00e2nd este mai mare de 60 mg\/dl, la limit\u0103 c\u00e2nd este \u00eentre 40 \u0219i 50 mg\/dl \u0219i peste limita normal\u0103 c\u00e2nd scade sub 40 mg\/dl. C\u00e2t prive\u0219te <strong>trigliceridele<\/strong>, valorile normale ale acestora sunt cele mai mici de 149 mg\/dl. Ce este peste 200 mg\/dl reprezint\u0103 un semnal de alarm\u0103. Potrivit laboratoarelor de analize medicale, <strong>raportul dintre colesterolul LDL \u0219i colesterolul HDL<\/strong> este de 2.9 \u00een cazul femeilor \u0219i 3.3 \u00een cel al b\u0103rba\u021bilor. C\u00e2nd valorile acestui raport dep\u0103\u0219esc 3.5 la femei \u0219i 3.8 la b\u0103rba\u021bi apare riscul apari\u021biei unei afec\u021biuni cardiace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Alimente care scad colesterolul LDL + alimente care cresc colesterolul HDL<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u201dO <strong>alimenta\u021bie s\u0103n\u0103toas\u0103<\/strong> pentru pacientul <strong>cu nivel ridicat de colesterol<\/strong> este esen\u021bial\u0103 deoarece numai a\u0219a se poate preveni apari\u021bia tragicelor atacuri de inim\u0103 \u0219i accidente cardiovasculare. O <strong>diet\u0103 s\u0103n\u0103toas\u0103<\/strong> cuprinde o diversitate de alimente.
