Frecvent apar articole, studii de specialitate, c\u0103r\u021bi despre <strong>sistemul imunitar<\/strong> \u0219i cum \u00eel putem sus\u021bine. Printre primele recomand\u0103ri se num\u0103r\u0103 <strong>alimenta\u021bia antiinflamatoare<\/strong>, <strong>mi\u0219carea sus\u021binut\u0103<\/strong>, crearea unor condi\u021bii de via\u021b\u0103 din care lipsesc situa\u021biile stresante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toate acestea pot p\u0103rea utopii, scenarii imposibil de realizat.
