Controversat pentru c\u0103 exist\u0103 o mul\u021bime de discu\u021bii pe marginea acestei teme de interes general. Mul\u021bi leag\u0103 <strong>imunitatea<\/strong> \u0219i <strong>\u00eent\u0103rirea sistemului imunitar<\/strong> strict de corpul fizic. Mul\u021bi sunt \u0219i cei care nu o separ\u0103 de corpul spiritual \u0219i nici de minte, consider\u00e2nd ansamblul corp \u2013 minte definitoriu pentru starea de bine a \u00eentregului organism.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00cen r\u00e2ndurile urm\u0103toare, vei descoperi, pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 o serie de date comune despre imunitate \u0219i cum func\u021bioneaz\u0103 aceasta, care sunt <strong>principalele c\u0103i de \u00eent\u0103rire a sistemului imunitar<\/strong>. Cum alegem s\u0103 tr\u0103im, ce alegem s\u0103 consum\u0103m \u2013 hrana pentru trup \u0219i cea pentru minte, pentru ce suplimente alimentare opt\u0103m, sunt decizii care \u021bin de propria persoan\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00cen ultimii doi ani s-a vorbit despre <strong>imunitate<\/strong> mai mult dec\u00e2t oric\u00e2nd. Ba chiar \u0219i c\u0103ut\u0103rile pe Google pentru acest termen \u0219i alte variante conexe au luat amploare. C\u00e2t timp vor exista oameni preocupa\u021bi s\u0103 se men\u021bin\u0103 s\u0103n\u0103to\u0219i, imunitatea va fi un subiect de v\u00e2rf. \u0218tim c\u0103 \u0219i tu faci parte dintre cei c\u0103rora le pas\u0103 de propria stare de bine. O defini\u021bie mai elaborat\u0103 ar fi aceea c\u0103 <strong>sistemul imunitar<\/strong> reprezint\u0103 totalitatea mecanismelor de ap\u0103rare ale organismelor vii fa\u021b\u0103 de <strong>agen\u021bii patogeni<\/strong>, rolul de ap\u0103rare fiind foarte important pentru <strong>men\u021binerea s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii organismului<\/strong> \u00een cadrul raportului cu mediul \u00eenconjur\u0103tor unde este supus influen\u021bei factorilor externi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cu c\u00e2t un organism este situat mai sus pe scara evolu\u021biei biologice, cu at\u00e2t mai complex este <strong>sistemul imunitar<\/strong>. La vertebrate, de exemplu, vorbim despre un <strong>sistem imunitar complex \u0219i eficace<\/strong> \u00een ac\u021biunea sa de a \u00eendep\u0103rta sau a distruge agen\u021bii patogeni nefavorabili s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii (toxine, bacterii, ciuperci, parazi\u021bi, virusuri, etc.). De asemenea, <strong>sistemul imunitar<\/strong> atac\u0103 \u0219i structuri proprii d\u0103un\u0103toare, cele cu modific\u0103ri anormale cum sunt celulele tumorale sau celulele moarte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se poate spune c\u0103 <strong>sistemul imunitar<\/strong> func\u021bioneaz\u0103 <strong>L.I.N.<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>L<\/strong>upt\u0103 \u00eempotriva celulelor proprii care \u0219i-au schimbat structura (celulele canceroase, de exemplu);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>I<\/strong>dentific\u0103 \u0219i distruge substan\u021bele din mediul extern d\u0103un\u0103toare organismului;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>N<\/strong>eutralizeaz\u0103 virusurile, bacteriile, ciupercile sau parazi\u021bii care p\u0103trund \u00een organism.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dintre <strong>principalele componente ale sistemului imunitar<\/strong> fac parte:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>M\u0103duva osoas\u0103<\/strong> care produce <strong>leucocitele<\/strong> \u0219i protejeaz\u0103 organismul de <strong>infec\u021bii<\/strong>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Glanda timus<\/strong> care produce <strong>limfocitele T<\/strong> care ap\u0103r\u0103 organismul de infec\u021bii \u0219i de virusuri;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ganglionii limfatici<\/strong> care produc \u0219i depoziteaz\u0103 celule care lupt\u0103 cu afec\u021biunile;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Amigdalele<\/strong> care au rolul de a detecta germenii care p\u0103trund \u00een corp prin cavitatea buco-nazal\u0103;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Splina<\/strong> (\u0219i ea con\u021bine <strong>celule albe<\/strong> care lupt\u0103 cu infec\u021biile);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u021aesutul limfoid asociat tractului gastrointestinal;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u021aesutul limfoid asociat arborelui bron\u0219ic;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Foliculii limfatici din partea terminal\u0103 a intestinului sub\u021bire;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>C\u00e2te tipuri de imunitate exist\u0103<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Imunitatea<\/strong> este clasificat\u0103 \u00een func\u021bie de modul \u00een care este dob\u00e2ndit\u0103. Pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 <strong>imunitatea dob\u00e2ndit\u0103 artificial<\/strong>, prin expunerea \u00een mod controlat la anumite <strong>virusuri<\/strong> \u0219i cea dob\u00e2ndit\u0103 prin <strong>vaccinare<\/strong>, <strong>imunitatea \u00eenn\u0103scut\u0103<\/strong> \u0219i <strong>imunitatea dob\u00e2ndit\u0103 natural<\/strong> constituie <strong>bazele sistemului imunitar<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Imunitatea \u00eenn\u0103scut\u0103<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Iat\u0103 cum descriu coordonatorii lucr\u0103rii <strong><em>\u201dPsihoneuroimunologie uman\u0103\u201d <\/em><\/strong><em>&nbsp;<\/em>ap\u0103rut\u0103 la Editura Trei \u00een anul 2017, <strong>imunitatea \u00eenn\u0103scut\u0103<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u201dAcest <strong>sistem<\/strong> nu atac\u0103 structurile proprii ale organismului, datorit\u0103 unor mecanisme reglatorii. (\u2026) ac\u021bioneaz\u0103 rapid \u00een cadrul primei expuneri a organismului la <strong>agentul infec\u021bios<\/strong>. Indiferent de num\u0103rul de \u00eent\u00e2lniri pe care gazda le are cu materialul str\u0103in, magnitudinea r\u0103spunsului nu va cre\u0219te, indic\u00e2nd faptul c\u0103 <strong>imunitatea \u00eenn\u0103scut\u0103 nu are memorie<\/strong>. Dac\u0103 ar fi s\u0103 ne baz\u0103m doar pe sistemul imunit\u0103\u021bii dob\u00e2ndite pentru a ne proteja de infec\u021bii, probabil c\u0103 am muri din cauza acestora, \u00eentruc\u00e2t activarea r\u0103spunsului imunitar pe aceast\u0103 cale poate dura 4 \u2013 5 zile. <strong>Sistemul imunit\u0103\u021bii \u00eenn\u0103scute<\/strong> care ne protejeaz\u0103 \u00eempotriva organismelor infec\u021bioase este activat foarte rapid, \u00een general \u00een decurs de c\u00e2teva minute. \u00cen acest proces sunt implicate <strong>leucocitele<\/strong> \u0219i anumite substan\u021be solubile \u00een plasm\u0103.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dintre <strong>componentele imunit\u0103\u021bii \u00eenn\u0103scute<\/strong> fac parte:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Pielea \u0219i mucoasele<\/strong> (veritabile bariere fizice \u00eempotriva agen\u021bilor patogeni externi);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Celulele fagocitare<\/strong> (leucocitele polimorfonucleare, monocitele, macrofagele): leucocitele \u00eenglobeaz\u0103 <strong>agen\u021bii infec\u021bio\u0219i<\/strong> \u0219i \u00eei distrug;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Celulele NK<\/strong> \u2013 o categorie de <strong>limfocite<\/strong> care distrug celulele maligne, dar \u0219i pe cele infectate viral.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">&nbsp;<strong>Imunitatea dob\u00e2ndit\u0103 natural<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u201dAceast\u0103 <strong>reac\u021bie imun\u0103<\/strong> apare dup\u0103 expunerea organismului la un <strong>antigen<\/strong> \u0219i implic\u0103 <strong>limfocitele<\/strong> care reac\u021bioneaz\u0103 \u00een mod specific la antigenul care a determinat <strong>r\u0103spunsul imunitar<\/strong>. Acest proces manifest\u0103 specificitate (ceea ce \u00eenseamn\u0103 c\u0103 r\u0103spunsul imunitar va fi \u00eendreptat spre substan\u021ba care a declan\u0219at reac\u021bia, nu spre alte substan\u021be). <strong>Imunitatea specific\u0103<\/strong> are drept caracteristic\u0103 <strong>memoria<\/strong>; astfel, o nou\u0103 expunere la o substan\u021b\u0103 la care <strong>sistemul imunitar<\/strong> a reac\u021bionat \u00een trecut va determina un r\u0103spuns mai rapid dec\u00e2t r\u0103spunsul primar.\u201d<\/em> <strong><em>(Psihoneuroimunologie uman\u0103)<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Care sunt <strong>componentele sistemului imunitar dob\u00e2ndit<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Antigenul<\/strong>: substan\u021ba care p\u0103trunde \u00een organism \u0219i declan\u0219eaz\u0103 un r\u0103spuns specific din partea sistemului imunitar. Acest r\u0103spuns are drept rezultat produc\u021bia de <strong>anticorpi<\/strong> sau activarea unei reac\u021bii mediate celular, independente de <strong>anticorpi<\/strong>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Specificitatea r\u0103spunsului imunitar<\/strong> \u2013 r\u0103spunsul imunitar este specific antigenului care l-a declan\u0219at.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Memoria<\/strong> \u2013 c\u00e2nd sistemul imunitar intr\u0103 \u00een contact cu un antigen fa\u021b\u0103 de care a reac\u021bionat \u00een trecut \u0219i fa\u021b\u0103 de care a fost sensibilizat, r\u0103spunsul va fi mult mai rapid dec\u00e2t la primul contact.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Sl\u0103birea sistemului imunitar<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cu siguran\u021b\u0103 \u021bi s-a \u00eent\u00e2mplat, cel pu\u021bin o dat\u0103 \u00een via\u021b\u0103, s\u0103 afirmi c\u0103 ai r\u0103cit sau ai dob\u00e2ndit o alt\u0103 afec\u021biune pe fondul unei <strong>imunit\u0103\u021bi sc\u0103zute<\/strong>. Din cauza cre\u0219terii consumului de alimente procesate, a alimentelor \u201dcontraf\u0103cute\u201d, a aditivilor alimentari \u0219i a tuturor elementelor declan\u0219atoare de cancer care sunt con\u021binute de acestea, mediul alimentar actual ne compromite <strong>s\u0103n\u0103tatea<\/strong>.\u201d<\/em> (dr. Al\u0103turi de aceasta, o importan\u021b\u0103 aparte o are <strong>imunograma<\/strong> cu rol \u00een <strong>evaluarea anticorpilor<\/strong> produ\u0219i de celulele depistate de hemoleucogram\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O <strong>imunitatea foarte sc\u0103zut\u0103<\/strong> atrage dup\u0103 sine instalarea unor <strong>afec\u021biuni nedorite<\/strong>, iar o imunitatea care scade drastic, dintr-o dat\u0103, anun\u021b\u0103 debutul unor boli grave cum sunt cancerul sau SIDA.
